Navigating shadow work can be challenging and confusing, often overwhelming.
Shadow work is the process of exploring your own inner darkness or your “shadow self.”
Exploring your repressed memories, trauma, disowned parts of yourself, and the feelings that leave you feeling “less than”
No matter if you are just beginning shadow work or have been in and out of shadows for many cycles, it is a part of Ascension that requires a support network and the access to relate & communicate with others who are also navigating their own shadows. Shadow work is an integral and important part of Ascension but sometimes leaves us feeling alone, and in the dark. Join us for our monthly Shadow Work & Ascension Support class.
The cost of this class is $25 and everyone is welcome, even if you’re just curious about starting shadow work, or learning more about what it is.
