Event Details
Join us for Pints & Poses at North Center Brewing Company with Autumn, E-RYT 200, from All Seasons Yoga & Fitness! The event costs $20 and will include a one hour yoga class, a beer, and a great time! The yoga class will be flow style and is open to all levels. We will flow through poses, focus on our breath, and end feeling refreshed. Please bring your own yoga mat and arrive a few minutes early to get settled in your spot. Must be 21+ to attend. Food menu also available!
