Menu includes:
* Harira soup served with dates and chebbakia ( pastry made of strips of dough rolled to resemble a rose, deep-fried until golden, then coated with a syrup made of honey and orange blossom water and sprinkled with sesame.)
* Chicken pastilla; crispy savory and sweet baked pie , stuffed with chicken and almonds , sprinkled with powdered sugar, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
* Assortment of eggplants Zaalook ( fire roasted eggpnats with roasted peppers, tomatoes, garlic,parsley, cilantro, olive oil and spices) and carrots salad with olives and preserved lemons , served with pitta bread.
